Loopfeed AI is an AI automation and software studio operated by Aditya Kumar, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. You can reach us at aditya@loopfeedai.in or on +91-6388035617.

These terms cover our services, this website, and the digital products sold through it. By engaging us or buying a product, you agree to them.

Work is defined in a written quotation or proposal before it begins. That document sets the scope, the price, and the delivery expectations for that engagement, and it takes precedence over anything written on this website.

Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is built. We will not add work and then invoice you for it.

Timelines given before scoping are estimates. Dates agreed in a signed quotation are commitments, subject to us receiving the access, content and feedback the work depends on.

Project work is typically part payment upfront with the remainder on delivery, as set out in your quotation. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.

The final invoice will not exceed the quoted amount for the agreed scope.

Work may be paused on materially overdue invoices. We will tell you before that happens, not after.

On full payment, you own the code, accounts and infrastructure we build for you. We transfer them to you and we do not charge licence fees or per-seat fees on custom work.

We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks. Where those are used in your project, you receive a perpetual right to use them as part of the delivered system.

We may describe the work in general terms as part of our portfolio. We do not publish client names, client data, or commercially sensitive detail without written permission.

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice, by either side. There is no lock-in period.

On cancellation you keep what has been built and paid for. We will hand over access and, where practical, help you migrate.

For project work cancelled midway, you are liable for work completed up to that point, and you receive what has been built.

Digital products, including eBooks, are delivered as an instant download immediately after payment.

Because access is immediate and irreversible, digital products are non-refundable. Please read the product description before buying.

If a download fails or you do not receive the file, contact us at aditya@loopfeedai.in and we will make sure you get it. A delivery failure is not the same as a refund request and we will always fix it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, documents and data you give us to build with. Systems grounded in your data are only as correct as that data.

You are responsible for holding the accounts and platform permissions the system depends on, and for complying with the terms of those platforms — including WhatsApp, Meta, Google and any other third party.

You are responsible for the messages sent through systems we build on your behalf, including obtaining consent where the law requires it.

Systems we build use AI models. We add verification, grounding and human approval steps to reduce errors, and we will tell you honestly where the remaining risk sits.

No AI system is guaranteed to be correct in every case. Where output carries legal, financial, medical or safety consequences, it must be reviewed by a qualified human before it is relied upon.

We are not liable for decisions taken solely on AI-generated output without that review.

Projects commonly depend on third-party platforms and APIs. Their pricing, availability, rate limits and policies are outside our control and can change.

Where a third party changes or withdraws access in a way that affects a delivered system, we will tell you and propose options. Re-engineering caused by a third-party change is quoted separately.

We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost data, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We treat your business information, data and documents as confidential and use them only to do the work you have engaged us for.

We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions. Just ask.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your engagement, and material changes do not apply retrospectively to signed work.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
