Why Loopfeed exists
Most small businesses don't lose customers because their product is bad. They lose them in the gaps — the WhatsApp message that sat unanswered overnight, the enquiry that never got a second follow-up, the call that rang out during a busy afternoon. Studies of lead response consistently show the same thing: the business that replies first usually wins the customer.
Loopfeed AI was founded in 2026 by Aditya Kumar in Lucknow to close that gap for businesses that can't hire a round-the-clock front desk. We build AI agents that reply in seconds, qualify the enquiry, follow up until there's an answer, and hand real buyers to a human — the boring, relentless work that wins deals but never gets done manually.
We're deliberately small and founder-led. Every system is scoped on a free call, built on official platform APIs, and delivered in days — then hosted, monitored and tuned by us, so you never have to touch the technology.

Official APIs only
Every paying client runs on official platform APIs — Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, proper telephony providers, first-party AI models. No browser hacks, no grey-area automation that gets your number banned three weeks after launch.
No lock-in, ever
Month-to-month pricing, cancel anytime. If the system isn't paying for itself in saved hours and captured leads, you shouldn't be paying for it. That constraint keeps us honest about what we build.
Automation that runs itself
We run our own business on the same systems we sell — our content, lead pipeline and follow-ups are handled by agents we built. If a workflow isn't reliable enough for us to depend on daily, it doesn't go to a client.

Aditya is a builder from Lucknow who runs Loopfeed's own operations on the agents he sells — content pipelines, lead hunting, follow-ups and reporting all run automatically, every day. He shares the workflows and tools behind it on Instagram and YouTube, and personally scopes and builds every client system Loopfeed ships.
Where we are
We're based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and work with businesses across India, the UK and the UAE. Everything is delivered remotely — scoping calls on Google Meet or WhatsApp, systems live on your own numbers and accounts.
