How we price work
We do not publish a price list, because the same request can be a two-week build or a two-month one depending on what is behind it. Quoting before understanding that helps nobody.
What we do commit to: a real number after one call, no charge for the scoping, and no invoice that is larger than the quote you agreed.
Project-based
Builds with a defined finish line
Websites, web apps, dashboards, SaaS products and one-off automation builds. We scope it, quote a fixed price, and you own the result. Typically part upfront, remainder on delivery.

Monthly retainer
Systems we keep running for you
Anything we host, monitor and tune on an ongoing basis — chatbots, follow-up systems, content pipelines, lead sourcing. Hosting, monitoring and adjustments are inside the monthly fee.

What moves the number
These are the five things we work through on the call. They are also the five things that make one quote different from another.
- Scope
- How many workflows, how many integrations, how many edge cases actually matter.
- Integrations
- Whether your tools have proper APIs, or whether we are working around one that does not.
- Data
- Whether the information the system needs already exists in a usable state.
- Volume
- Traffic and message volume change the infrastructure, and therefore the running cost.
- Ownership
- Whether you want us running it, or handing it over for your team to run.
