How much does it cost?

It depends on scope, and we would rather give you a real number than a misleading one. Builds are priced per project, systems we host and run are a monthly retainer. One 15-minute call is enough for us to quote properly, and the scoping is free.

Do I own what you build?

Yes, completely. Code, accounts and infrastructure are transferred to you. There is no licence fee, no per-seat charge and no lock-in on anything we build for you.

How long does it take?

A focused automation or chatbot is usually a couple of weeks. A web app or dashboard is longer, and anything with multi-tenancy or payments is longer again. We give you a real range after the discovery call rather than a marketing number before it.

What do I need to get started?

A 15-minute call, and access to whichever tools the system needs to talk to. We handle setup, hosting and configuration. No technical knowledge needed on your side.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a tool you prompt manually, and it will happily make something up. What we build runs on its own, is restricted to your real business data, and has verification steps that check output before it reaches a customer. You stop touching it after setup.

What if the chatbot says something wrong to a customer?

It answers only from your real data, so it cannot invent a price or make a promise you did not approve, and it hands over to a human rather than guessing. On top of that there is an approval flow, two weeks of tuning after go-live, and ongoing monitoring. Nothing runs fully automatic until you are confident.

Does the voice agent sound robotic?

Current voice models handle interruptions, accents and natural back-and-forth well, in English and Hindi. We build the agent and you hear it on a real call before it ever takes a live enquiry. If it is not good enough at that point, it does not go live.

Is my business data safe?

Yes. Your documents are used to answer your questions and nothing else — they are never used to train anyone else's model. Access is role-controlled and everything can be removed at your request. We can run it fully self-hosted if that matters to you.

Yes. 30 days written notice on anything running monthly, no lock-in contracts, and you keep what has been built.

Do you work with businesses outside India?

Yes. Everything runs on cloud infrastructure, so location does not restrict what we can build or host. We are based in Lucknow and work remotely.
